Accounts Senior

A really well established and very successful accountancy firm based in Maidstone are looking for a qualified or nearly qualified accountant to join their team.

The role will involve all aspects of accounts production for a wide range of clients giving you some excellent technical exposure. You will also be able to get involved with some tax work and potentially some audit work if you wish to keep your skills up-to-date in that area.

If you are not yet qualified this firm will provide an amazing study support package and they will help you and support you in your career progression and really cheer you on to achieve a great career.

The firm have a very low turnover of staff - it is a happy and engaged team who you will enjoy working with.

There is a varied client base and high emphasis on adding value - this means that you will become a great accountant and trusted advisor.

• Annual accounts and corporation tax preparation (to completion)
• VAT returns
• Company Secretarial (Annual Statements, changes, documentation)
• Experience of salary/dividend planning
• Some knowledge of Income Tax Returns
• Assisting clients on management accounts/bookkeeping/reviews
• Experience of non-company accounts
• HMRC/ROC filing experience.
