Role Overview: As a Client Manager, you will be an integral part of our client's team, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and ensuring the delivery of top-notch accounting and advisory services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all accounting and financial matters.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business operations and financial goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on accounting, tax, and financial planning, tailoring solutions to meet clients' individual needs.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive solutions for clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulations, proactively advising clients on relevant changes and implications.
  • Play a pivotal role in business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand services within the existing client base.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of growth and learning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or ACCA qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) in a client-facing role within an accounting practice.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate team members.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
