Job Description

We are working with a fast growing, forward thinking Chartered Accountancy and outsourcing group, with UK offices in London, Mayfair and Harrow on the Hill. The Group comprises over 250 (50 in UK group) business professionals.

Established over 30 years ago, they have revisited their strategy and are in the next phase of growth.  They are highly ambitious with plans to quadruple their size over the next 5 years.  Central to their core business roadmap is building on their entrepreneurial culture and ensuring their people are supported in their career.

Their UK presence comprises over 50 business professionals delivering audit, tax compliance and advisory, book-keeping, accounting, payroll, company secretarial, wealth management and other administrative services to their clients.  They leverage technology in everything they do.

They offer a client-focused director-led service, provided to the highest standards of quality and expertise.  Their method of working is to collaborate fully with the client throughout the engagement so that they deliver to client needs and ensure full compliance with accounting and tax rules that are applicable.  They go beyond full compliance, always looking to add value to their clients through a full suite of advisory services.

As an ambitious and rapidly growing firm, they are looking for like-minded professionals to join them on their journey.

If you have a passion for business and want to be part of a fast-growing company, then you are in the right place. You will be fully experienced in all aspects of accounting and tax work, including the preparation of management accounts for large clients, managing end to end accounting and tax filings for limited companies across sectors.  You will already be managing your own client portfolio, engaging with clients and directors to drive the business forward.

  • Confidence in being in front of clients and partners who can articulate services delivered clearly
  • Experience in managing a team of seniors, semi-seniors and juniors to deliver to the client portfolio under your management
  • Be a role model and fully motivate your team to drive the team forwards

  • Passion for using technology in accounting

  • A competitive salary with a performance related bonus scheme
