We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Transaction Support Manager to join a top 100 accountancy practice in Oxford. As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you'll be responsible for supporting the execution of various corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and equity offerings, and other strategic transactions.
You'll be working with a team of high-quality specialists who use the best-in-breed technology to create value for clients that exceeds expectations. In this role, you'll be based in either the firm's Oxford or London office, and they offer flexible and hybrid working options to suit your lifestyle. As a private equity backed business, they're on a journey to expand the business through a buy and build, and you'll be responsible for assisting in managing the acquisition pipeline, carrying out initial due diligence work, and working with the firm's external advisors to manage the transaction through to completion.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of corporate finance concepts, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll have 2-5 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
