Sally Morrison doesn’t just keep the wheels turning at ProTalent, she rebuilds the engine, rewires the dashboard, and makes it run smoother than ever.
With a solid background in operational management within the recruitment industry, Sally joined ProTalent to bring structure, clarity, and calm to a fast-paced, people-focused business. Her superpower? Making chaos make sense.
“Got a problem? I’ll solve it. No fluff, no drama, just process-driven solutions that work.”
As our Operations Manager, Sally is the backbone of internal systems, compliance, reporting, supplier relations, and anything that keeps the business running efficiently. Whether it’s improving workflows, rolling out tools, or simply making sure everything is exactly where it should be, Sally is the definition of quietly powerful.
But don’t let the spreadsheets fool you, outside of work, Sally brings just as much discipline and energy to her personal life.
“I'm in the gym most days (first competition this year, wish me luck!) and up at 5am to walk Mabel, my dog and absolute sidekick.”

What’s always on your desk?
A calculator, a strong coffee, and always a big bottle of water.
Favourite productivity hack?
Look after yourself first, mentally and physically. The rest follows.
Go-to music when working?
Anything 90s. They don’t make them like that anymore. Give me some TLC, early Mariah, or The Corrs any day.
Your niche at ProTalent?
I’m an ops wizard. I love the puzzles most people hate, I thrive on turning mess into method.
If Mabel could speak, what would she say about your job?
"She’s always fixing something, systems, spreadsheets, snack schedules… it’s impressive, really."

Sally isn’t just operationally brilliant, she’s dependable, clear-headed, and quietly transformative. She brings a sense of order that makes ambitious growth possible. She’s proof that strong systems are what support strong people.
And with Mabel by her side and the gym never far away, she reminds us that resilience, consistency, and wellbeing are core to success, both in and outside the business.
