Audit and Accounts Manager - Chartered Accountancy Firm

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + commission for introducing new clients

ProTalent are currently working with a successful and well-established accountancy practice just outside of Cambridge to recruit a new Audit and Accounts Manager to manage an exciting portfolio of clients

The Audit and Accounts Manager role:

• Manage a client portfolio mostly made up of small and medium companies audit and non-audit
• Planning, preparing and finalising annual assignments
• Training junior staff member, including those studying for ACCA / AAT / ICAEW
• Client interaction, you will be first point of contact for clients
• Varied client portfolio from start ups to £10m+ annual turnover 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Audit and Accounts experience within a practice
• ACCA / ACA qualified
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experienced preparing accounts under FRS102
• Organisational/time management skills.
• Training and coaching skills, ability to train junior staff
• Confident when dealing with clients and getting your views across.
