- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other related documentation.
- Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their compliance and optimizing their financial performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, and implement them within the accountancy practice.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a managerial role within an accountancy practice or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Solid experience in conducting audits and preparing financial statements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
