Responsibilities:
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will:

- Collaborate as a key member of assurance teams, with opportunities to lead on-site tasks.
- Execute assignments in accordance with instructions and firm procedures, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Uphold assurance quality and contribute to internal and external quality assurance efforts.
- Communicate issues or challenges promptly to assignment managers, proposing solutions.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and training to junior staff members.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, exemplifying excellent client service.
- Stay informed about the firm's specialised services and contribute value to clients.
- Review work completed by junior staff, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain advanced technical knowledge
- Participate in staff meetings, training, recruitment, and marketing activities.
- Carry out additional duties aligned with the role's scope and purpose.

**Qualifications:**
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in performing Assurance-related tasks.
- Demonstrated ability in client handling.
- Proven track record in producing high-quality Assurances.

**Desirable:**
- Assurance experience from a practice background (advantageous).
- Familiarity with Owner Manager Business clients.
- Experience with the analytical review approach.
