**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery in compliance with audit standards and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, prepare audit plans, and coordinate audit teams efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business operations and financial processes, offering expert insights to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the firm.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional service and advice to drive client satisfaction and retention.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification) with relevant audit experience within an accountancy practice.
- Strong understanding of audit and accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficient in relevant software and applications used in auditing and accounting processes.
