Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements, overseeing the entire audit process from planning to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business operations and financial objectives.
• Coordinate and mentor audit teams, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
• Review and analyse financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and compliance with accounting standards.
• Stay updated on changes in audit regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Participate in business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and new client acquisition.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, sharing insights and innovative ideas within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Substantial audit experience (X+ years) within a reputable accountancy firm.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and team leadership.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide junior team members.
• Proficiency in auditing software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
