- Lead and manage audit engagements, overseeing the entire audit process from planning to completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business operations and financial objectives.
- Coordinate and mentor audit teams, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Review and analyse financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and compliance with accounting standards.
- Stay updated on changes in audit regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and new client acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills:
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Substantial audit experience (X+ years) within a reputable accountancy firm.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and team leadership.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide junior team members.
