Junior Accountant at Cambridge Accountancy Practice

**Role Overview:**

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' financial needs. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, gaining valuable experience in the accounting field. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and develop a strong foundation for a successful career in accountancy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry to maintain accurate financial records.
- Supporting the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax returns.
- Conducting reconciliations and assisting with month-end and year-end procedures.
- Collaborating with senior accountants to analyse financial data and provide valuable insights.
- Liaising with clients, ensuring exceptional service and addressing their accounting queries.
- Staying up-to-date with relevant financial regulations and best practices.

**Requirements:**

- AAT Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
