Our client is currently looking for an experienced Payroll Team Leader to play a key role in advancing the Payroll department. In this position, you will:
- Oversee and motivate the payroll team
- Manage payroll deadlines
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Review and implement new processes to enhance departmental efficiency
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management and supervision, along with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and management. While a CIPP qualification is preferred, it is not essential.
